How much does Project Vault cost?
Project Vault is free to start. Paid memberships are Contractor at $4.99/month and Pro at $9.99/month, billed monthly and cancellable anytime.
Does Project Vault take a cut of the job?
No. Project Vault never takes a percentage of your project. Owners and contractors arrange and make payment directly between themselves.
How do owners and contractors pay each other?
Directly, by whatever method you agree on. Project Vault is where you find each other, agree on the work, sign the work order, and track the job — we do not process or hold the job payment.
What do the paid plans include?
Contractor unlocks storing property records, posting contractor jobs, and posting your CV. Pro adds posting projects, bidding on projects, and the insurance-verified badge. Basic includes browsing, messaging, the marketplace, and applying to contractor jobs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings; your plan stays active through the current billing period and won't renew. See our Refund Policy for details.
What about the Marketplace and Contractor Board?
Browsing and buying or selling in the Marketplace, and applying to contractor jobs, are included. Posting contractor jobs requires a Contractor or Pro membership.
